Laughter Yoga is a new revolution in body-mind medicine, which combines simple laughter exercises and gentle yoga breathing to enhance health and happiness. Laughter Yoga is a physically-oriented technique that uses a perfect blend of playful, empowering and “tension-releasing” laughter & breathing exercises. These exercises are simple, structured and based on the philosophy of “acting happiness.” For Sophie Terrasse, art, laughter, and yoga are effective and complementary tools to promote the physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
