Our database and workshop/special event registration is online and can be accessed via the following link: http://sbserver.ccprn.com/database  To use – please follow these instructions:

Open your Internet. Type in the link as above.

Click on the here in the second option:

 “If you are a member of CCPRN and have been provided with a password, click here.”

Type in your User Name and Password (listed at the top of this page).  Click on Login

Your next two options explain themselves:

1. To register for events, click here. 
2. To view your account, click here.( You can see what information we have for you here – if it is incorrect please call us – 749-5211 ext 22 or 23.) Also, after you register for events – you will be able to click this view account link and see what you have registered for. As well, after you have paid you can check to make sure that we received the cheque (we will process cheques in a timely fashion).
   

The blue screen at the top of the page has buttons for you to move from screen to screen – Main Menu: that has your two options; Register for Events and View Account. 

To Register For Events:

When you click this button you will get an alphabetized list of all events. Click on the one you want to register for. Fill out screen appropriately – ignore the first scroll down “Event” button this time as you have already chosen the event, also ignore the cash/cheque info – we don’t need that. Do fill out number of adults, and if it is a special event – the number of paying and non-paying children.

Click Add Registration For Events – this adds the event at the bottom of the screen – you are “filling your cart” per se. Then choose another event if you want – this time you have to start at the very top of the screen as it hasn’t been automatically filled out as in the first time. Just scroll down to find the event that you want. Continue as above.

When you have chosen all workshops/special events – click Register For Events Listed – you are then registered for all events – unless some are full – you will get a notice about full events. If events are full you will be asked to call the registration line to be put on the waiting list. You can  print out these registrations by clicking on the print button – top right screen. Or save it by clicking on the page button – top right screen.

On the bottom of the screen there is the instruction: The operation has been completed. Click here to return to the event list.  To finish – go to Main Menu then to Log Out

BOO BOO KITS

Boo Boo Kits are mini First Aid kits. They easily fit into your purse, glove compartment, or camping gear ready for those unexpected little emergencies.

These kits measure 4” x 5” and contain:
20 Bandages, 2 Gauze Pads, 3 Antiseptic Wipes, 1 Sting Relief Pad

orders until the Caregiver Dinner. We will try to have some on hand at events for pick up, or to view prior to placing your order. You can order via the database or by telephone on the special events line.  

SIGNATURE QUILT

Our quilt is coming along—but there are many more squares available. Please order your square today and become part of our history. You print your name and a message on a strip of material, then mail it to Cathy Myers at 6506 Harvest Grove, Greely ON  K4P 1E8 

She will sew it into a quilt which will be displayed at the office.  An excellent way to acknowledge our out-of-town members and supporters!
